Milestone: 10,000 users and what comes next

Alex Reed

We started FlowState as a weekend project to scratch our own itch, and today we are humbled to cross the 10k active user mark. Here is a look at our public roadmap for Q4, including the highly requested Team Sync features and Notion API integrations. Thank you for building with us.
1. A Moment of Gratitude
We started this project to solve our own problem. We were tired of productivity apps that treated us like machines. Seeing 10,000 of you adopt this platform, reclaim your time, and find peace in your workflows is the greatest validation we could ask for.
Thank you for trusting us with your time, your energy, and your goals.
What We’ve Learned
Over the past year, processing millions of scheduled tasks has given us unprecedented insight into how people actually work.
The biggest takeaway? Flexibility is the ultimate feature. The users who allow the AI to seamlessly reschedule their missed tasks without guilt are 300% more likely to maintain long-term consistency than those who try to force rigid routines.
2. The Roadmap for Q3
We are just getting started. Based on your incredible feedback, here is a look at what our engineering team is building next:
Team Sync: Aligning peak energy windows across remote teams.
Deep Integrations: Native 2-way sync with Notion, Linear, and Slack.
Advanced Analytics: Correlating your sleep data (via Apple Health) directly to your focus capacity.
Closing Thoughts
We are committed to building software that adapts to your humanity. The next chapter will bring even more intelligent tools to help you do your best work and then properly log off. Here’s to the next 10,000.
